I went to see Christie at Kintsugi Physical Therapy in the late spring. My back had developed real problems after several months of working from home in a less than ideal office space. Christie quickly figured out the source of my dysfunction and showed me several stretches that would work to counteract the issue. Kintsugi also recommended a back stretching device that I can use at home to keep the problem from slowing me down again. Huge thanks to Christie and her team!
